Return & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Lewis|Fay. If you would like to make a return, please email hello@lewisfay.com and let us know which item you would like to return. The item must be in its original condition (no usage or tags removed). If the item appears used, Lewis|Fay has the right to refuse a return or exchange. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured to ensure a safe arrival back to the shop.

If you would like to return an item at our brick and mortar location (1620 West Lewis St, San Diego, CA 92103), please have your order confirmation email on hand.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of initial purchase while in store purchases or exchanges within 7 days. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding in accommodating this limiting policy.
